The Supreme Student Government of Luis Hervias National High School held the 1st year representative election last July 2, 2009.
Out of 28 candidates for the said election, two candidates who garnered the most highest votes was proclaimed as the new set of 1st year representatives for SY: 2009-2010.
Three candidates who garnered the next highest votes was assigned as the 1st year COMELEC Commissioners.
